Ellen

I am Ellen (Whealton) Wier, MA, MT-BC, a music therapist, spiritual coach, and sound healing practitioner. She also has a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology and is a trained music and imagery practitioner and highly acclaimed energy worker. She loves leading crystal bowls, music, and imagery workshops that combine her passion for essential oils with music.

Neil Mallinson

Neil Mallinson is a Certified Personal Trainer, Master TRX Trainer, Master Total Gym Trainer in North County San Diego. His focus as an elite fitness coach is primarily based on the psychosomatic aspect of fitness. Neil can provide a vast array of training modalities, and his services include personal training, small group training, flexibility and mobility training, meditation, breathwork, boot camps, and sport-specific training.
