If you’ve attended our Breathwork and bowls workshops, you’ve likely experienced some of the transformative magic that can come from attending our 1.5 hour events. And if you are like our regular participants, you have likely desired more time for integration, more messages, or even an immersion experience into the spiritual magic.

The New Year is a beautiful time to turn towards the wisdom and intelligence within, & fully embody your spiritual self. This 3-day retreat is an invitation to take pause from the routines of daily life, & listen deeply to your body, heart, and soul. You’ll emerge in closer relationship with the Divine.

During our 2 evenings and day journey together, you will be skillfully guided through the practices of yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic journeying through music, & conscious breathwork. We will integrate all of the journeys with conscious embodiment practices and authentic movement from Neil Mallinson with Nemafit.

Enjoy the retreat villa as a place to rest, integrate, & explore. Watch the sun rise and set from the rooftop patio, take a dip in the swimming pool, stargaze from the balconies or hot tub, & enjoy guided walking meditations along the coast.

Reconnect to Your Presence

The most valuable part of this retreat is that you will experience a powerful reunion with your spiritual self. Through this immersion experience, you will have the jump start to clear anything that has become an over identification of the self. You will be reminded of your spiritual purpose on Earth.

Neil and Ellen walk alongside as clients reconnect with their higher presence. We hold the light to help them transmute their shadow. Through the skillful, expert use of vibrational sounds paired with deep altered states of consciousness, our participants find a new way of interacting with the world and the Divine.

A luxurious master suite

Your Accommodations

The Encinitas Beach Home boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout, including:

A luxurious master suite with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite master bath with a double vanity and bath/ shower combination, as well as private balcony.

The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are beautifully furnished, the first has a California king bed and the second has a queen bed and Smart TV. These bedrooms are connected by a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with a double vanity and bath/ shower combination.

The 4th bedroom is a quaint glass-doored bonus room that has a twin daybed and twin trundle. The adjacent hallway holds a bonus twin daybed.

This top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for hosting. It is newly remodeled with custom cabinets, beautiful island, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and all the luxury finishes one could ask for.

A laundry room with washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay.The home also has Wi-Fi. The incredible backyard is fully fenced and has a pool with a water slide and a hot tub.

The hot tub is maintained at 80 degrees. If desired higher temperature, please plan heating time of 8 hours approx. This villa has its own private entrance as well as private attached 2 car garage. No charge street parking is available on first come first serve basis.

Dinning

Freshly prepared organic meals will be provided for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner by the Villa Chef. You will savor the flavors of the Southern California as a part of your retreat package.They source organic ingredients when possible and feature a primarily vegetarian menu, along with fresh fish. Sensitive care is taken to accommodate special diets, including vegan, gluten-free, and other allergies. Needless to say, you will be nourished well and enjoy beautiful dishes prepared with love.

Elite Training - Body and Mind

Physical training and movement activities are built right into this retreat. Neil is a very well known, elite trainer and will guide any guest through customized workout sessions, cathartic beach yoga, guided hikes, and even bodywork!
